To Install
Click RUN, this will start the download, and then click RUN again. This starts the installation.
After installation Display Properties will open. We advise to set the 'wait' time to 15 minutes.
Close out Display properties (click X in the upper right of the Display properties window)

The Missing Children Screen Saver is now properly installed.

Anti-Virus/Firewall
Some vendors like Norton and McAfee urge you to 'allow' the screensaver to connect to the internet and collect the Missing Children data. Microsoft Vista asks you to 'allow' this as well. The prompt will only pop up once, after that it remembers your permission.
